Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategies for selling technical products and services, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor on technical matters.
Technical Solutioning:
Understand customer technical requirements and challenges, then present and tailor solutions that meet those needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, product development, and other internal departments to ensure solutions are feasible and customer feedback is integrated.
Sales Support:
Lead product demonstrations, prepare technical proposals, respond to RFPs, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
Team Leadership:
Manage, train, and motivate a sales team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technology advancements to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the technical products or services being sold.
