Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive sales for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services
- Identify and acquire new clients across corporate, industrial, and commercial sectors
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts
Market Analysis & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
Proposal & Contract Management
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and cost estimations
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and execution
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
- Track KPIs and report performance to senior management
Networking & Brand Representation
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
- Expand professional network to generate leads
