Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our real estate sales function. The incumbent will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational targets
(Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and productivity
•Oversee end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, and deal closures
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
•Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the real estate sector
•Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure timely achievement of targets
•Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and lead conversion
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Key Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
•Proven track record in real estate sales with consistent target achievement
•Strong leadership and team management capabilities
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
•Sound understanding of real estate market dynamics
