Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

  • Plan and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial projects

  • Handle site visits, client meetings, and negotiations

  • Generate leads through brokers, channel partners, and digital platforms

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors

  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and channel partners

  • Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly sales reports

  • Ensure proper follow-up and closure of deals

  • Guide and motivate team members for better performance
