Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Plan and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial projects
Handle site visits, client meetings, and negotiations

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and channel partners
Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Ensure proper follow-up and closure of deals
