Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and references

  • Meet architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients

  • Present company profile and explain customized furniture solutions

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design & production team

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals

  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Track market trends and competitor activity


Key Requirements:

  • 1–3 years experience in Sales / Business Development (Furniture or Interior industry preferred)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Confident personality with field sales experience

  • Ability to handle architects and corporate clients

  • Basic knowledge of modular furniture / interior materials (preferred)

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

  • Own two-wheeler preferred
