Job Description: Real Estate Executive

Location: Multiple cities (candidate must be open to relocation/travel only in launches)Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year in Real EstateEmployment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Executive with foundational experience in the property sector. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of real estate sector and be flexible to work across different cities as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :-

Assist in property sourcing, site visits, and client interactions.Approaching leads and sourcing clients. Maintain communication with developers and clients. Conduct market research and prepare reports on property trends and pricing.Coordinate documentation, agreements, and follow-up processes.Travel or relocate to various cities based on project needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.Good understanding of property sales, leasing, and market dynamics.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and meet targets.Flexibility to travel or relocate as required in new cities
