Job Summary: Join our growing team to help premium businesses like malls, hotels, and hospitals improve their customer experience. You will be responsible for meeting B2B clients, demonstrating our unique fragrance solutions, and closing annual service contracts.
1. On-Field Sales & BD
Visit and engage with potential B2B clients (Malls, Hotels, Hospitals, and Corporate Offices).
Identify and meet key decision-makers (Facility Managers/Owners).
Understand client needs regarding building ambience and hygiene perception.
2. Product Demo & Solutioning
Conduct live on-site fragrance demonstrations.
Suggest the best fragrance solutions based on the client’s office or lobby size.
Explain how our automated systems improve the customer experience.
3. Deal Closure
Prepare and send price quotations and proposals.
Negotiate terms and close annual service contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
4. Team Coordination & Reporting
Hand over closed deals to the operations team with clear site details.
Update daily sales reports and maintain the CRM/pipeline tracking.
Communicate client expectations clearly to ensure smooth service.
Experience in B2B/Field Sales (Facility Management or Hospitality sales is a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on closing deals.
