Office working location: Ghatkopar West 

Office Timings: Mon to Sat (2nd and 4th Sat off) 9.30 to 6.00pm 

Candidates residing locn: Central suburban’s around Ghatkopar 

Travelling Required:Yes. For developing & meeting the client base In & around Mumbai 

Education: Commerce graduate, MBA preferred 

Type of Candidate: Fresher’s / with 1-2 years’ experience 

Joining time: ASAP/ Immediate joiner preferred 

Skills: Excellent communication skills/ good knowledge of finance 

Languages: English, Hindi, local language

KEY ROLE: 

• The role requires being well organized, proactive and detail -oriented to handle a variety of responsibilities quickly and discreetly. 

• Builds business by identifying and contacting prospects with given data base followed by visits. 

• Completing the given tasks in an efficient and timely manner 

• Managing the personal and joint meeting schedule with the clients 

• Coordinate with the existing and prospective clients 

• Routinely perform given duties/tasks in time bounded manner 

• Overseeing the daily operations towards completions of underline business proposals 

• Preparation of necessary financial report/documentation / presentation 

• The suitable candidate would be having a good scope of overall long-term growth and career prospects within the organization 

Job Description: 

This Candidate would be responsible for maintaining and strengthening the company's relationship with its clients. They ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Candidate Profile: 

An aptitude to learn and adapt to the background in customer service 

• Finance Industry knowledge 

• Open to learn tracking relevant KPIs 

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms(preferable) 

• Excellent communication & conversational skills 

• Problem-solving aptitude 

• Ability to work well with a team 

A bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 

Experience – Fresher or Six Months to One Year Experience 

Excellent English-Speaking Skills
