Field Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and driven Field Sales Officer to join our team in Mumbai. If

you have at least 3 months of field sales experience and a passion for engaging with people,

we want to hear from you. Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or banking will be

highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and direct sales efforts.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including doctors, diagnostic

centers, and healthcare providers.

● Promote and sell our services effectively to meet monthly targets.

● Conduct regular market visits, promotional events, and on-ground campaigns.

● Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

● Minimum 3 months of experience in field sales.

● Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

● Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai.

● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

● Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or banking sales is preferred.

● Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
