Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate
Salary Budget: Upto ₹6 LPA + Attractive Incentives
About the Role:
• Passion for sales and prior experience in Real Estate or B2C sales.
• Experience in cold calling, client engagement, and deal closures.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Goal-oriented attitude with strong focus on achieving targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Conduct daily cold calls to identify potential buyers and investors.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up on leads regularly.
• Client Presentation: Present project details, pricing, and value propositions to prospective clients.
• CRM Management: Update and track lead activities using CRM systems.
• Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and organize property site visits for interested clients.
• Client Engagement: Provide property walkthroughs and explain key features and investment benefits.
• Client Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and conversions.
• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Deal Closure: Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout booking and documentation processes.
• Team Coordination: Work with marketing and project teams to ensure accurate project information.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Campaign Participation: Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
Experience & Education Required:
○ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
○ 2–5 years experience in Real Estate Sales, B2C Sales, Cold Calling, or Field Sales
○ Candidates from Insurance, Banking, EdTech, or other B2C sales industries with end-to-end sales experience can also apply
Preferred Industry Background:
Candidates from Real Estate Channel Partner firms such as Homsfy, Homebazaar, 360 Realtors, Square Yards, or similar organizations will be preferred.
