We are looking for a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and closing sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain project details
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate options
Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates accurately
Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales targets
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the site sales team
Follow up with clients regularly to convert leads into bookings
Maintain professional relationships with channel partners and developers
Ensure proper data accuracy and compliance with company policies
Provide regular updates to management regarding lead status and conversions
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and CRM tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Team player with a professional attitude
Experience in real estate sales / telecalling / relationship management
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Willingness to work as per company timings and policies
