About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Consumer Durable Loan Sales team. The role mainly involves helping customers avail instant loans for products like TVs, mobiles, refrigerators, ACs, washing machines, laptops and other electronic appliances. Candidates should be confident, good at communication, and comfortable assisting customers inside retail stores or through direct sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Approach and greet customers who visit partnered retail stores.

Explain Consumer Durable Loan options, benefits, interest rates, and documentation.

Assist customers with the loan application process from start to finish.

Coordinate with backend teams for approvals and verifications.

Maintain daily sales records, follow-ups, and customer interaction logs.

Build positive relationships with store staff and customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets given by the team leader.

Provide complete transparency to customers regarding EMI and loan terms.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of EMI, loan products, and customer handling.

Ability to convince customers in a friendly manner.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Should be comfortable in a retail store environment.
