Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and apply best practices.
Handle daily community engagement — comments, messages, and inquiries.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create high-quality creatives and campaigns.
Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.
Run paid ads (Meta/Google) campaigns if required.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
