Job Summary:

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and analyzing content across all social media platforms. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter
Create and manage a monthly content calendar
Write engaging captions, reels ideas, and campaign concepts
Coordinate with design and video teams for creatives
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, Instagram ads, etc.)
Track performance using insights and analytics tools
Generate monthly performance and growth reports
Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred)
2–4 years of experience in social media marketing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
Basic knowledge of paid ads and performance metrics
Good communication and content writing skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
