Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in branding, digital marketing, and campaign management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building the brand presence of Suryaghar Solar, designing impactful marketing strategies, and managing both online and offline marketing initiatives to drive qualified leads and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

• Lead digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.

• Manage brand identity, creatives, and communication consistency across channels.

• Plan and monitor social media campaigns, SEO, and content marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate with design, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing alignment.

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and lead quality.

• Handle collaborations, partnerships, and local marketing events.

• Prepare monthly marketing reports and growth dashboards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: B.Tech / Engineering Graduate (any stream) + MBA (Marketing specialization).

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in branding or digital marketing roles.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, SEO).

• Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.

• Ability to lead creative projects and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
