Your Mission (First 90 Days)
• Build a predictable revenue engine
• Achieve minimum 2x–3x ROAS
• Improve landing page conversion to 15–25%
• Increase closing rate to 3%+
• Drive measurable revenue growth

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Scaling
• Scale Meta & Google Ads profitably
• Reduce CPA while maintaining lead quality
• Build aggressive retargeting funnels
• A/B test creatives & landing pages weekly
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
• Build full funnel (Ad → Landing → WhatsApp/Webinar → Sales)
• Optimize landing pages for higher conversion
• Work closely with sales to improve closing %
Social Media Growth
• Own Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn growth
• Achieve 5–10% monthly organic growth
• Turn content into leads via funnel strategy
Analytics & Reporting
• Weekly dashboards tracking CPL, CPA, ROAS & Revenue
• Identify funnel drop-offs & optimize immediately
