Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for building and executing social media strategies, managing content creation, driving engagement, and running ad campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and more.Create engaging and original content including captions, posts, and reels.Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using insights and metrics.Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.Respond to messages, comments, and DMs professionally and promptly.Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, or related field (preferred).At least 1 year of professional experience managing social media for a business or agency.Strong communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Basic knowledge of Canva or design tools is a plus.
