Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage daily content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other platforms
Execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
Drive engagement, reach, and follower growth organically
Manage reels, stories, posts, captions, hashtags & trends
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team
Analyse performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Handle comments, DMs, and community management professionally
Work on influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms & formats.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
Strong portfolio showing growth & engagement results
Hands-on experience with Instagram & Facebook insights
Good understanding of content strategy & brand storytelling
Basic knowledge of paid social ads is a plus
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or service-based brands preferred
