Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to boost performance.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to showcase project offerings.
• Provide regular market feedback to improve product and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to run effective campaigns and promotions.

Position: Sales Manager
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 (Based on last drawn salary & interview performance)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Qualification: Any Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
