Job Summary

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage digital campaigns and generate quality leads for real estate projects. The candidate should be hands-on with paid ads, social media, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Generate quality real estate leads within budget
Manage social media accounts and content planning
Coordinate for property shoots, reels, creatives, and ad copies
Track and analyze performance using analytics tools
Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion
