Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales and expand our client base. In this role, you will identify potential buyers, conduct site visits, negotiate contracts, and provide expert market insights to ensure a seamless transaction experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and referral management.Site Visits: Schedule and conduct property viewings, ensuring prospective buyers are briefed in detail about project features and benefits.Sales Negotiation: Facilitate price negotiations and finalize payment terms between buyers and developers to achieve favorable outcomes.Client Relationship Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
