Hiring Process Management:Coordinate interviews, manage the ATS, and facilitate the offer process.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
Onboarding Support: Facilitate the pre-onboarding process, including background checks and initial candidate communication.
