Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints effectively through inbound & outbound calls.

• Provide accurate information and support to customers in a professional manner.

• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Update call logs and maintain records in the system.

Shift Timings:

• Female Candidates: Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (including 1-hour break).

• Male Candidates: Any 9-hour shift between 12:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight (including 1-hour break).

  Language Proficiency Requirement & Salary (CTC):

• Hindi + Basic English – Up to ₹15,500 (Including PF & ESIC)

• Marathi + Basic English – Up to ₹17,500 (Including PF & ESIC)

• English Proficiency – Up to ₹20,000 (Including PF & ESIC)

 Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
