Job Description:

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)

Location: gorwa vadodara

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000 CTC per month (Based on experience)

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally to resolve queries, provide information, and troubleshoot issues for international customers.

  • Adaptability: Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide the most current information to clients.

Requirements & Skills
