We are hiring International Voice Process Executives for a global customer support process. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, customer-focused, and comfortable handling international clients over voice calls during US shift hours.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support while maintaining

professionalism, accuracy, and empathy in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls professionally.

 Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions or information.

 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

 Maintain proper call documentation and records as per process guidelines.

 Adhere to defined quality, compliance, and performance standards.

 Work collaboratively with team leads and peers to improve service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

 Excellent English communication skills (verbal mandatory).

 Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.

 Experience in an international voice process is preferred.

 Ability to work confidently in US night shifts.

 Willingness to work from office at Vadodara location.
