Hum apni Hospitality & Tourism team ke liye Customer Verification Executive hire kar rahe hain. Is role mein aap guests aur customers ki details verify karenge taaki booking process smooth, secure aur company policies ke according ho.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guests / customers ki identity aur booking details verify karna

• ID proof, travel documents aur personal information check karna

• Inbound / outbound verification calls handle karna

• Customer data system mein accurately update karna

• Fraud prevention aur compliance guidelines follow karna

• Incomplete ya suspicious cases ko supervisor ko report karna

• Customer information ki confidentiality maintain karna

Eligibility & Skills:

• 12th pass / Graduate

• Good communication skills (English / Hindi; extra languages a plus)

• Attention to detail aur accuracy

• Basic computer knowledge

• Hospitality, tourism, hotel, travel ya call center experience preferred

Work Environment:

• Office-based operations, travel agency, hotel back office, ya call center

• Guest-focused aur fast-paced hospitality environment
