Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers, provide excellent support, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining process quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers (U.S., U.K., Australia, etc.)

• Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.

• Resolve customer issues promptly while adhering to process guidelines and SLAs.

• Maintain call logs, update CRM systems, and ensure data accuracy.

• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

• Meet performance targets such as call handling time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction.

• Adhere to company policies, security protocols, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or international accent preferred).

• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.

• Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM tools, and MS Office.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends, depending on the client’s time zone.
