Job description:
Telecaller manages telecalling tasks in a manufacturing company's corporate office, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors, calls, and leads. This role ensures professional visitor experiences, efficient call handling, and support for sales inquiries while maintaining office organization.
Key Responsibilities
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; make outbound calls for client follow-ups and lead generation.
Provide company information via phone, email, or in-person.
Update customer databases, track call records, and assist sales/marketing with inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or bachelor's degree; 0-2 years in reception or tele calling preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and telephone systems; strong English communication skills.
