Role Overview
We are looking for a Tele Support Trainee to handle customer interactions over calls and
assist with service-related and basic technical queries. The role requires clear
communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Assist customers with service-related queries and basic technical support
Guide customers on eSIM activation, usage, and troubleshooting
Log customer interactions accurately in CRM / support systems
Follow defined scripts, processes, and quality standards
Escalate complex issues to the technical or backend teams
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns
Work in rotational / night shifts as required
Communication & Soft Skills
Good verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Active listening and problem-solving ability
Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism
Ability to handle pressure and high call volumes
Team player with a positive attitude
Technical Skills
Basic computer knowledge and system navigation
Familiarity with smartphones (Android / iOS)
Willingness to learn telecom and eSIM-related concepts
Eligibility
Any graduate / undergraduate
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Prior experience in tele support / customer support / BPO is an advantage
