Job Title: Entry-Level Telecaller for International Process (USA)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team. This is a full-time position

based in Madhapur, Hyderabad. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound

calls to potential customers in the USA and sell after providing information about the products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

– Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA region and provide information about

products/services to sell.

– Follow up on leads and sell.

– Generate new leads through cold calling.

– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.

– Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.

– Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

– Young & dynamic (Age 18 – 40)

– Minimum High school or equivalent.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Ability to follow scripts and guidelines to deliver an effective sales pitch.

– Basic computer knowledge.

– Ability to build rapport with potential customers.

Schedule: 9-hour Night shift incl of break. (Mon-Fri with alternative Saturday)

6:00 PM – 03:00 AM. Please refer work calendar for Holidays.

Salaries: 18K – 25K INR (for suitable candidates)

Benefits:
