Handle inbound/outbound calls for US healthcare clients
Communicate with insurance companies, hospitals, and physicians
Verify patient and insurance details
Resolve queries related to claims, eligibility, and billing
Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance guidelines
Ensure high-quality customer service standards
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Graduation in any stream (Healthcare background preferred)
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Willing to work in US shifts
