Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with queries.

• Provide accurate information about products/services.

• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

• Maintain customer records and update databases.

• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.

• Patience and the ability to handle pressure.

Education:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Bengali Language Preferred.
