Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice / Chat / Email
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Noida/NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, Jaipur, Indore (Office-based / Remote)
Experience: 0–3 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
Job Type: Full-time / Rotational shifts

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email.

• Provide timely resolutions with empathy and professionalism.

• Escalate technical issues as required.

• Maintain high CSAT scores.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English + regional).

• Typing speed: 30–35 WPM (for chat/email roles).

• Flexible for night shifts (for international process).

• Prior BPO experience preferred but not mandatory.
