Position: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Branch Manager in daily operations, customer service, and team management.
• Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with bank policies and RBI regulations.
• Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor cash flow, account opening, loan processing, and other banking services.
• Support in achieving branch targets for deposits, advances, and cross-selling financial products.
• Ensure proper risk management, security, and audit readiness of the branch.
• Prepare reports and MIS for management review.

• It is a Full Time Back Office / Data Entry job for candidates with Freshers.
