Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.

• Manage daily order fulfilment with accuracy and speed in coordination with the warehouse team.

• Ensure SLA adherence, timely dispatch, and seamless delivery experience for clients across India.

• Build, manage, and evaluate relationships with logistics partners, courier services, and supply chain vendors.

• Track shipment status, troubleshoot delays, and proactively resolve service issues.

• Implement SOPs, process optimisation, and cost-efficiency strategies across logistics workflow.

• Forecast inventory requirements and plan dispatch schedules based on order load.

• Handle multi-city deliveries for corporate orders, bulk shipments, and event-based dispatches.

• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor and report weekly logistics metrics including TAT, cost per shipment, delivery accuracy, and partner performance.

• Improve packaging standards and reduce logistics errors through quality checks and audits.

  Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse management, or e-commerce operations.

• Strong understanding of courier operations, 3PL partners, and nationwide dispatch processes.

• Ability to handle bulk orders, tight timelines, and fast-paced startup workflows.

• Proven experience in managing vendors, negotiating rates, and optimizing logistics costs.

• Hands-on experience with logistics software, tracking tools, or WMS is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
