CRM Executive

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers by communicating fluently in Gujarati.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.

• Log all customer interactions, follow-ups, and service requests in the CRM software.

• Collect customer feedback and share it with relevant departments for improvement.

• Conduct follow-up calls, feedback calls, and engagement calls to strengthen customer retention.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth handling of customer issues.

• Analyze customer data and prepare reports such as Satisfaction Reports, Feedback Trends, and Closure Reports.

• Identify potential cross-selling and upselling opportunities and support the sales team.

• Manage customer onboarding and guide customers about company services.

🎯 Required Skills

• Fluency in Gujarati language (Mandatory)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities

• Basic knowledge of CRM software / ERP systems (preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting)

• Patience, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach

• Strong time management and multitasking skills
