CRM Executive

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Communicate fluently with customers in Hindi and English to maintain strong customer relationships.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly & professionally.

• Update all customer interactions, follow-ups, and service requests in the CRM software.

• Collect customer feedback and share it with the concerned departments for improvement.

• Conduct follow-up calls, feedback calls, and engagement calls to improve customer retention.

• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues.

• Analyze customer data and prepare reports (Satisfaction Reports, Feedback Trends, Closure Reports).

• Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities and assist the sales team.

• Manage the customer onboarding process and explain company services clearly.

🎯 Required Skills

• Fluency in Hindi & English (Mandatory)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities

• Basic knowledge of CRM software / ERP systems (preferred)

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email Drafting)

• Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first approach

• Strong time management & multitasking skills
