Key Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with clients for documentation, shipment details, and service requirements.
• Maintain records of client inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Support in processing bookings for international courier and export shipments.
• Communicate with operations and customer service teams for timely updates.
• Handle client queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain CRM/Excel data.
• Assist in marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and online branding tasks.
• Ensure smooth communication between sales team and clients for faster deal closure.
Required Skills
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of international logistics & courier operations preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good coordination, multitasking, and follow-up ability.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and supportive team player.
Experience
1–3 years (Experience in logistics/courier industry preferred)
