Warehouse Executive

We are looking for a Warehouse Executive to join our team at Good Folks Fashion Private Limited.
This role involves managing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch. You will be working closely with the supply chain and operations team to ensure smooth material flow and accurate stock maintenance.
This position offers a salary of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month with good growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, pack and dispatch goods while maintaining proper stock records.

• Ensure accurate inward & outward entries in inventory management systems.

• Train team members on correct handling of materials including fragile and hazardous items.

• Ensure all goods are properly labeled and stored in correct bin locations.

• Conduct regular quality checks so that only approved products are dispatched.

• Maintain daily MIS reports, inventory updates and stock reconciliation.

• Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams for timely dispatches.

• Monitor stock movement to avoid shortage, excess or shrinkage.

• Support warehouse audits and process improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 0.5 – 1 year in warehouse / inventory operations

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good knowledge of inventory tracking systems / WMS / Excel.

• High attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Team player with positive attitude and problem-solving skills.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
