Inventory Executive

Job Description – Senior Executive Inventory Management

Experience – 2-5 years

Salary 25k to 35k Gross

Age, upto 35 years

Location, byculla east

Inventory Management

· Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions in inventory management system.

· Maintain order Inward process.

· Assigning work.

· Perform regular stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile discrepancies.

· Monitor inventory levels and generate reorder alerts to avoid stock outs.

· Tracking of Materials.

2. Stock Planning & Control

· Assist in planning stock replenishment based on demand forecasts and historical data.

· Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock availability.

· Ensure stock rotation and implement best inventory control practices.

3. Documentation & Reporting

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

· Maintain GRN (Goods Received Note), stock transfer, and issue documentation.

· Review and update stock-related SOPs to maintain process efficiency.

4. Coordination & Communication

· Work closely with purchasing, sales, production, and logistics teams.

· Report critical shortages, overstock situations, and quality issues promptly.

5. System & Process Management

· Update inventory records in WMS systems

· Improve accuracy through system checks, cycle counting, and data validation.

· Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
