Job Description – Customer Support Executive


Role - L1 Technical support executive (Minimum 1-2yrs experience)

Should be able to communicate in English & Hindi (Intermediate level). 

Speaking any other south Indian language is an added advantage.

Knowledge on computers, OS and different versions of windows and Mac.

Customer support experience is mandatory. 

Should be able to complete 35-40 calls per day with proper resolution.
