Factory Manager

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at our Sewari facility. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, dispatch logistics, and manpower to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Logistics: Oversee the receiving, storage, and timely dispatch of goods while coordinating with transporters for efficient delivery.

• Inventory Control: Maintain stock accuracy through regular audits and reconcile physical stock with system records to prevent pilferage.

• Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and assembly teams, assigning daily work targets and monitoring attendance.

• Process Improvement: Implement cost-saving initiatives, optimize space utilization, and improve overall manpower productivity.

• Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and maintain daily cleanliness/housekeeping within the warehouse.
  
  

• Requirements

  • Education: Graduate or Diploma in Engineering (B-Tech preferred).

  • Experience: Proven background in manufacturing operations and team management.

  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, inventory management, and the ability to prevent stock shrinkage

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
