Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesI. Sales and Client AcquisitionOutbound Calling: Initiate high-volume outbound calls to potential clients from provided lead lists (warm leads, website inquiries, or cold data).Product Pitching: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of financial products, primarily Demat & Trading Accounts, online trading platforms, advisory services, Mutual Funds, IPOs, or fixed-income products.Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and handle rejection professionally, using persuasive communication to overcome hurdles and drive conversion.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for new account openings and product sales.II. Financial Acumen and ComplianceMarket Knowledge: Stay updated on current stock market trends, financial news, and changes in brokerage/transaction fees to effectively communicate value and provide basic market context to clients.Client Education: Educate potential clients on the basic workings of the stock market, regulatory requirements, and the necessary documentation for account opening.Process Adherence: Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with established SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) guidelines and internal compliance standards.
