About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to support our growing B2B chemicals business. This is an execution-driven role involving customer outreach, lead follow-ups, key account coordination, and order support. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured sales activity and wants to grow in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
Conduct outbound calling and email outreach to prospective and existing customers
Follow up on leads, enquiries, RFQs, and quotations
Maintain regular communication with key accounts for repeat orders and relationship building
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, samples, dispatch, and documentation
Account & CRM Management
Maintain accurate customer data, call logs, and follow-up status in CRM
Update sales pipeline, deal stages, and conversion status
Assist in preparing quotations, documentation, and basic sales reports
Marketing Support
Support email campaigns, product introductions, and follow-up sequences
Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitor inputs with management
Required Skills & Experience
1+ year experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or marketing support
Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and professional email communication
Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles (industrial / chemical background is a plus)
Good verbal and written Hindi & English communication
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Organized, disciplined, and execution-focused
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience in chemicals, raw materials, pharma, food, or industrial products
Exposure to CRM tools
Ability to handle multiple accounts and follow-ups simultaneously
