Electronics Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electronic Door Lock Technician to install, maintain, and repair electronic door lock systems. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, troubleshooting ability, and excellent customer service skills to ensure smooth functioning of access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Install, configure, and program RFID Electronic Hotel Door Lock systems, access control panels, cctv and related hardware.

•             Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system upgrades.

•             Diagnose and repair faults in electronic locking systems, wiring, and control software.

•             Provide on-site technical support and training to customers/end users.

•             Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during installation and service.

•             Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and inventory of tools/equipment.

•             Collaborate with the technical and security team for system integration and problem-solving.

Requirements:

•             ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.

•             Minimum 1 years of experience in installation and maintenance of electronic locks or security systems

•             Knowledge of wiring, circuit testing, and electronic hardware troubleshooting.

•             Familiarity with biometric locks, RFID systems, and access control technologies (preferred).

•             Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•             Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.

Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
