Manage and process RTO orders from B2B clients in coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
Update order status in ERP/WMS systems and ensure accurate documentation of returns.
Communicate with clients regarding return shipments, reasons for return, and next steps.
Track and reconcile RTO stock, verify quantities, and coordinate restocking or disposal as per policy.
Collaborate with the accounts team for credit notes or financial adjustments for RTOs.
Investigate and analyze reasons for returns (damaged goods, incorrect shipments, delayed delivery, etc.) and escalate persistent issues.
Prepare daily/weekly RTO reports and share insights with the operations or customer success team.
Ensure timely resolution of return-related queries from B2B customers.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce RTO rates and improve B2B order accuracy.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and external logistics partner requirements.
