Job Overview:
We are hiring a dedicated Telecaller to manage incoming and follow-up calls from IndiaMART and TradeIndia platforms. The role requires effective communication with customers, maintaining accurate inquiry records, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily buyer inquiries from IndiaMART and TradeIndia portals.
Make outbound calls, explain product details, and take timely follow-ups.
Share brochures, price lists, and quotations over WhatsApp or email.
Enter and maintain inquiry data in Excel or CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and updates.
Generate daily call and lead follow-up reports.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Fresher or up to 1 year of telecalling or customer support experience.Must be fluent in Hindi and at least one local/regional language from South, East, or West India (e.g., Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, etc.). Basic knowledge of IndiaMART/TradeIndia lead handling preferred.
Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, Excel, and Email• Strong communication and convincing skills.
