Promote and sell DocOnline’s healthcare plans and value-added services to potential customers through
outbound calls.
• Understand Customer health and financial needs to recommend the most suitable plan, with a focus on
high-ATS products and EMI offerings.
• Clearly explain plan benefits, features, and pricing to customers, addressing queries and building confidence
in our services.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by following up, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth
onboarding experience.
• Accurately document sales interactions, lead status, conversions, and feedback in CRM systems.
• Share regular updates with the Team Leader on progress, objections faced, and potential improvements.
