We are looking for a friendly and confident person to work as a Telesales Representative. Your main job will be to call people and tell them about our products or services. You will help customers understand what we offer and try to convince them to buy.
Call new and existing customers to talk about products or services.
Explain the benefits of what we sell in a clear and polite way.
Answer customer questions and handle any problems they have.
Keep a record of all calls and sales.
Meet daily or monthly sales goals.
Follow up with customers who have shown interest.
Work closely with the sales team to improve results.
Good communication and listening skills.
Confidence in talking to people on the phone.
Positive attitude and motivation to reach sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (not always required).
