Core responsibilities
· Design and drafting:
Assist in developing architectural designs, creating detailed drawings, plans, and specifications, and using CAD or other design software.
· Project coordination:
Work with senior architects to refine concepts, manage project documentation, and coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
· Code compliance and research:
Research and ensure project designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
· Client and stakeholder interaction:
Participate in client meetings, assist in presentations, and help prepare proposals and reports.
· Site work:
Conduct site visits to gather data, assess project progress, and ensure the project is being built according to the design specifications.
